Description

In honor of the cherry blossom season, Warren Lindsay of Andaz Tokyo created Sakura-Chan, a sake-based cocktail with lots of cherry blossom aromas and edible cherry blossom petals.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add the sake, sakura liqueur, and lemon juice into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a sake glass over a large ice cube and garnish with edible cherry blossom petals(optional).
