Description

The breakfast martini is a classic in the bar scene. It was invented in London in the late 1990s by Salvatore Calabrese and includes Bombay Sapphire Gin, orange marmalade and Orange Liquor.

This modern classic has a bittersweet taste.

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the orange marmalade and lemon juice and muddle well to break up the marmalade strings.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well
  3. Strain into a chilled glass using a fine-mesh strainer.
